Recent word that two Yolo County residents have been infected with West Nile virus this year scared a few people, particularly since both victims were hospitalized as critically ill, according to Yolo County spokeswoman Beth Gabor, who also reassures us that only one in every 150 people with the virus will experience severe illness.
